Process Operator
Description:  
  • Comply with all safety regulations, policies, standards, and practices
  • Operate and monitor process and associated equipment for job area
  • Be trained and qualified in all functions of the Operator classification, and operate these functions as assigned
  • Perform in-process analytical testing, analyze in-process test results, and apply appropriate corrective actions
  • Perform minor routine, running, and preventive maintenance work
  • Maintain all necessary records, and provide a detailed summary of the shift in logbooks, including but not limited to safety, quality, mechanical problems/repairs, and process changes
  • Review with oncoming shift operator a detailed summary of the shift including but not limited to safety, quality, mechanical problems/repairs, and process changes
  • Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition, with aisles and passageways unobstructed
  • Receive training to be certified and operate any powered industrial vehicles required for the completion of work assignments
  • Receive and utilize training for the operation of computer software and hardware tools of the job, including, but not limited to, process control hardware/software, process analytical software, email, and inter/intranet
  • Package and load materials using heavy equipment, including forkliftsThese are represented bargaining unit positions
 
Requirements:  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work visa
  • Must be at least 18 years oldMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of current experience as a Process/Production Operator in a catalyst, petrochemical or refining work environment OR have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Process Technology
  • Willing to work outside in inclement weather with or without accommodation
  • Willing to work in compact and confined spaces with or without accommodation
  • Willing to climb ladders, walk up and down steps, and work at heights with or without accommodation
  • Successful candidates must reside within 60 minutes of the site, or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the site without relocation assistance

Description:  

As a Senior Audit Associate at Rowley & Company LLP, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service while managing audit, review, and compilation engagements., You will help develop and manage the tax department team, as well as build meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Correctly perform most routine audit/review/compilation engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner with continued close personal attention to client needs
  • Demonstrate ability to recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, with appropriate balance between clients’ needs and the firm’s risk
  • Balance assigned workload between self and assurance staff
  • Meet assigned deadlines, budgets, and provide advance warning of any issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting experience
  • Current CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exam
  • Knowledge of current audit and accounting concepts
  • Working knowledge of income tax
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently and or in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to relate well to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

As a full-time Senior Tax Manager at Rowley & Company LLP (Rowley & Co.), you will be responsible for providing unmatched client services, while managing tax engagements. You will help develop and manage the tax department team, as well as build meaningful relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advice to individuals, partnerships, S corporations and corporations in a variety of industries
  • Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional tax staff
  • Review returns prepared by tax staff of all levels
  • Help develop and maintain client relationships by providing timely and unmatched client service, exceeding client expectations
