Peepers by Peeperspecs was recently named as one of the Great Employers in Indiana 2024 with Best Companies Group for the 8^th year. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

- Have at least 10 employees working in Indiana,

- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity,

- Be a publicly or privately held business,

- Have a facility in Indiana, and

- Be in business a minimum of one year.

Companies from across the region entered the two-part process to determine the Great Employers in Indiana. The process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined employee’s scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
