All materials and curriculum are provided. Most programs require five one-hour visits to the school, usually done once a week. All new volunteers attend a one hour training session prior to being placed in a classroom, and the training can be done virtually. No teaching experience is needed. JA teaches financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness to students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
