December 1-31: New Scavenger Hunt! Penguins are loose in the museum! Find the penguins that are scattered around the museum and receive an exclusive pin!

December 7: Holiday Artisan Fair! This year's fair will take place on Saturday, December 7 from 10:00am-3:00pm. Entrance to the fair will be by donation. The fair is just in time for the holidays as there will be a variety of items available that everyone will enjoy!

December 13: Veteran Free Day! To honor National Guard Founding Day, all veterans and active duty military are welcome to come to the museum free of charge.

December 21: Night at the Giese Church! Join us on Saturday, December 21 from 6-8pm to see this amazing church that has been a holiday tradition in La Porte since 1947 and learn the history behind it! Admission to this event is by donation. Hot cocoa and cookies will be provided!

December 25: Museum Closed for Christmas Day
