Amber joined the Rush Lakes team officially in June of 2024 after school finished for her kids and she was able to permanently relocate to La Porte county. Amber ensures guests of The Lodge walk into a clean and beautiful space, as well as coordinating weddings and events with groups interested in using the venue. She works with brides and coordinators to execute a perfect event. Prior to Rush Lakes, she spent 16 years at Midwest Rentals where she wore many different hats and earned over a decade’s worth of experience in weddings and events making her a key part of the Rush Lakes long term strategy.

Dustin moved to La Porte County in April 2024 with his wife Amber and 4 kids, Leah, Kyleigh, Farrah, and Dalton. He lives on the preserve at Rush Lakes and is responsible for executing the vision for Rush Lakes with Logan. In his role he ensures guests who visit The Lodge have a one of a kind experience where they can make lasting memories. On a day to day basis Dustin might be doing maintenance on equipment, giving a bridal tour, welcoming guests to The Lodge, or anything else that needs done on the grounds. Prior to Rush Lakes Dustin spent 7 years at Midwest Rentals executing weddings and other events, 5 years at Turner Construction as a superintendent, and another 3 years back at Midwest. Dustin grew up in Tippecanoe County his entire life where he and Logan became friends in high school.

Kristen graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor in Science and license to teach Elementary Education.  Kristin's work history includes teaching first and fifth grade, along with case management experience as she was case manager for a therapeutic foster care agency.  Kristin is currently the Director of Family Services for Geminus Corporation, a member of the Regional Care Group where she has been employed for the past 13 years.  Throughout Kristin's career path, her passion has always revolved around work with children and families and she is grateful to be able to continue this through the work she does on a daily basis.  Outside of work, Kristin is very family oriented and enjoys any time she can get with her husband and two beautiful children.
