Shawn Dickt is the General Manager of Operations for Central States Manufacturing at our Michigan City facility. He joined Central States in March 2021 as the Sales Supervisor for the North Division and was promoted to General Manager of Operations in August.

His career in sales spans over 10+ years, as he began his career commercial line sales, in addition to, sales and operations management. His experience in sales, advanced him into leadership roles at the local and regional levels. He has obtained a BA and MA in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. Shawn has served in the Valparaiso community as a volunteer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of NWI, youth sports leagues, and a member of local professional organizations with a goal to improve the success of local businesses.

When Shawn is not working, he is an avid sports fan, an adventurous outdoorsman, and spending quality time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
