Cindy Pressinell, SVP, Marketing and Human Resource Officer, is excited to announce the promotion of Megan Osborne to Assistant Vice President, Senior Marketing Manager.

In this elevated role, Osborne will continue to play a key role in the success of Horizon’s marketing efforts by taking on expanding responsibilities overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating team deliverables, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Since joining Horizon in 2019, Osborne has been dedicated to her professional growth and demonstrates exceptional leadership in managing communications for new projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals, and driving the execution of various projects and promotional campaigns. 

Osborne holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a specialization in Communications from Ball State University and is a 2022 graduate of the ABA Bank Marketing School. She is a member of Horizon’s Diversity Business Council and a dedicated volunteer for the Duneland School Corporation.
