Friendship Botanic Gardens will host a FREE summer "Music Under the Stars" concert performed by the La Porte County Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, July 21st from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm CDT. This concert will take place at the Celebration Pavilion at Friendship Botanic Gardens.  

We will kick-off the concert by awarding the Battle for the Baton Winner – the crescendo of our friendly summer-long fundraiser to support the Steck Family Music Education Fund. 

This year’s concert will feature the 2023 Hoosier Star competition winners, Molly Cooper and Kelly Stanton. The orchestra will also play selections by Leonard Bernstein, Michael Jackson, Prokofiev, and more! Be sure to arrive early to reserve a spot close to the stage, enjoy the gardens, and bring a picnic. Please bring your own chair/seating.
