Position Objectives

• This role will ensure JOYRide™ trikes are maintained properly to run at peak performance.

• The ideal candidate will have a background in bicycle mechanics/maintenance, with a specific focus on electric trikes.

  Requirements

• Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for e-trike maintenance.

• Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Positive attitude, sense of initiative, problem solver, meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.

• Availability on weekends and summer holidays as needed.

  Responsibilities

• General maintenance of a fleet of electric tricycles, including but not limited to:

  • Performing safety checks; ensuring tricycles are ready to go prior to each shift.

  • Filling tires, chain and brake checks.

  • Charging and maintaining batteries; ensuring lights, Bluetooth speakers, etc. are charged.

  • Cleaning and detailing trikes after each shift.
