The Haskell & Barker Car Company and The Legacy of Freight exhibit will take you through Michigan City from the 1830’s to the early 1900’s.  The exhibit is a tribute to the Haskell & Barker freight car factory and its workers through state-of-the-art visual displays.  A highlight of the exhibit features a spectacular scale model of the Haskell & Barker factory designed and created by students from Purdue Northwest’s College of Technology.
