This December, the majestic landscapes of The Gardens will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the Christmas Joy Lights Festival.

Families can sing along with carolers, take a picture with Santa, and grab a cup of piping hot cocoa during three enchanting evenings of merriment and Christmas magic.

Take a stroll through the garden trails bathed in the glow of hundreds of Christmas lights festooned 200 feet high in the surrounding trees and rolling hillsides. Experience the famous Trail of Lights adorned with stately wreaths while Yuletide melodies resonate through the forested valley encircling Trail Creek.

December 15th, 16th, and 17th from 4:00-7:00 PM CDT.

This is an open-house style event, so arrive anytime between 4:00 and 7:00 pm CDT. Please use the main parking lot off US-Hwy 12.

Tickets will be available at the door the day of the event and online. Admission is as follows:

Friendship Botanic Gardens members: Free

Children 12 & under: Free

Adult non-member: $10

Senior non-member: $7

Veteran non-member: $7
