Bill Trowbridge
Bill’s passion is serving the under-represented.  As an experienced leader of for-purpose organizations, he is committed to creating systems that deliver high-quality, accessible, integrated, and responsive care.  At Regional Care Group (RCG), Bill serves as the CEO of a network of organizations that provide mental health, physical health, social, preventative, residential, and early childhood learning services.  He places high value on positive cultures, servant leadership, and strategic collaborations.

Before RCG, Bill’s experience included serving as the President/CEO of multiple developmental disability organizations, managing a bank’s trust and investment group, and being responsible for the planned giving program at Valparaiso University.  In addition, he was an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University School of law (teaching non-profit organizations and legal business writing), Valparaiso University School of Business (teaching strategic planning and management), and Ivy Tech State University (teaching paralegal studies).

Bill’s educational background consists of a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Valparaiso University, a Master in Business Administration from Purdue University, and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.  He is expected to receive his Doctor in Healthcare Administration in May 2023 from Virginia University.
Bill shares his dedication to the community with his wife, Jennifer-who is the CEO of Northwest Indiana Community Action.  Together, they have four boys.  When not working, Bill enjoys playing drums, volleyball, reading, and traveling (to warm places).
